What are some of the causes of client issues as demonstrated by the Halo campaign?
What will be an ideal response?
Client issues usually stem from impatience, being uninformed, a tendency to bully, being disorganized, and their own ego. More specifically, clients may not accurately understand the public relations industry or have unrealistic expectations, particularly when it comes to media placements. In the case of the Halo USA organization, the main problem stemmed from the client being too close to the cause--they were unable to look at the cause from an outsider perspective, which gave them unrealistic expectations of the campaign.
