What will be an ideal response?
Aquinas' views are still discussed theologically and philosophically. Although perhaps not completely persuasive, his reliance on logic and observation marks a turning point in religious scholarship. No long simply relying on faith or dogma, Aquinas focused on reason—his "preamble of faith."
