What is the difference between plain x-rays and planar x-rays?
What will be an ideal response?
Plain x-rays are taken without enhancement (ie, without contrast media). Planar x-ray refers to simple x-ray techniques that produce a 2-dimensional image of the structures lying between the x-ray source and the film (the plane). Planar x-ray may or may not use contrast media.
