Describe how to convert text to a table.
What will be an ideal response?
You can convert text that is separated by a tab, comma, or other separator character into a table. The separator character indicates where to divide the table into columns, and the paragraph marks indicate where to begin a new row. For example, you could convert a list of last and first names into a two-column table by typing the list so the last and first names are separated by a comma in each line. Next, select the text, click the Table button in the Tables group on the Insert tab, and click Convert Text to Table. Select options for structuring and formatting the table in the Convert Text to Table dialog box.
