What will be an ideal response?

In the treatment of severe allergic reactions, epinephrine is the drug of choice. Epinephrine is a vasopressor, has antihistaminic action, and is a bronchodilator. Its effect is extremely rapid in onset. This characteristic in particular makes it especially useful in the treatment of anaphylactic reactions when time is crucial.
