Lightroom is able to handle a very large color space but your printer may
operate within a much more limited gamut. The default Color Management
setting in the Print Job panel is Managed By Printer. With the better modern
printers this will generally produce satisfactory results, but to achieve really
high quality prints it’s best to have Lightroom manage the color. If you choose
this option you can specify a printing profile tailored to a particular type of
paper or custom inks
