What will be an ideal response?
Use language that is appropriate and understood by the public for whom the survey is intended.
Questions have to be explicit with clearly understood meanings. Use words that have clear and
specific meanings. The shorter the questionnaire, the more likely people will participate and
complete it. Avoid bias in the wording or ordering of questions. Don't ask objectionable questions.
