She has a history of hypertension and had an appendectomy in 2001. In 2010 she had an arthroscopy of her right knee, which revealed a torn meniscus, which was repaired. She is allergic to sulfa drugs. She is currently on HCTZ for her hypertension. An x-ray of her left arm was done. The doctor diagnoses left arm sprain.
