Briefly describe two differences between good communicators and poor communicators
Good communicators focus on others, paying attention to everything the other person is trying to communicate. Good communicators know that what they have said is only the beginning of the communication cycle.
Poor communicators focus on themselves, their own thoughts, feelings, experiences, and ideas. Poor communicators speak their part and think that the communication is over.
