What is a NIC teaming policy, and what does it do?
What will be an ideal response?
NIC teaming policies enable you to determine how network traffic is distributed between adapters and how to reroute traffic in the event of an adapter failure. NIC teaming policies include load-balancing and failover settings. While default NIC teaming policies are set for the entire standard switch, these default settings can be overridden at the port group level. The policies shown are what is inherited from the settings at the switch layer.
