b. Proofread the document onscreen, concentrating first on errors in content, organization, and style.

c. Proofread a second time concentrating on mechanical errors.

d. Display the document in print preview mode, and edit for format and layout.

e. Print a draft copy and proofread a third time if the document is non-routine and complex.

f. Print written documents on high-quality paper.
