Leaders who have the most success as change agents share three traits. Name and describe each of these traits

What will be an ideal response?

First, they can envision a future as no others see it. In other words, they have an
understanding of the industry in which they work, but they are also able to think outside
the box and develop creative strategies, policies, or products.
Second, these leaders must have the courage and confidence to gamble with their careers.
Depending on the level and type of change initiated, change agents who are successful
are often
hailed as corporate heroes, but those who fail risk loss of reputation and the confidence
of those who followed them. Failure can mean loss of one's job or the downfall
of an entire corporation.
Finally, change agents must have charisma or the ability to execute a plan in such a way
that others are excited to be on board with the change. The most successful change agents
are those who are able to get people to buy into change not because they fear punishment
but because they are excited by change and the opportunities that the change may bring
with it.
