Do not make it your goal to eliminate nervousness. Such a goal is counterproductive for at least two reasons. First, nervousness is natural; attempting to eliminate it is unrealistic.A second reason why you should not try to eliminate nervousness is that some anxiety can actually benefit you as a speaker.
