First define what is a concept. Then discuss concept attributes and rules.

What will be an ideal response?

A concept is a symbol that represents a class or group of objects or events with common properties. For example, the word airplane or car. Concepts enhance our ability to effectively interact with the environment. Concepts have two main properties: attributes and rules. Attributes are any features of an object or event that varies from one instance to another (e.g., height or weight). Rules define which objects or events are examples of a particular concept. For example, cars have four wheels, a motor, and possibly a hood. An airplane has fixed wings, is heavier than air, and has a propeller or jet engine.
