What will be an ideal response?

The four styles of decision making are: directive, analytic, conceptual, and behavioral. Directive has a low tolerance for ambiguity and seeks rationality, is efficient and logical, makes decisions fast, and has a focus is on the short run. Analytic has a greater tolerance for ambiguity, desires more information and more alternatives, are careful decision makers with the ability to adapt to new situations. Conceptual has a very broad outlook, considers many alternatives, their focus is long range, and they are creative problem solvers. Behavioral works well with others, is concerned with achievement of their employees, avoids conflict and seeks acceptance.
