How does Anaconda set up a hard disk by default?
What will be an ideal response?
Anaconda uses LVM (Logical Volume Manager) to set up most of the hard
disk, creating LVs (logical volumes) instead of partitions. It places /boot on
the first partition on the drive, not under the control of LVM. LVM creates
a VG (volume group) named fedora. Within this VG it creates two or three
LVs: root (/, fedora-root), swap (fedora-swap), and if there is room, /home
(fedora-home). The swap LV occupies up to a few gigabytes; the /home or
root LV takes up the rest of the drive.
