What will be an ideal response?
Answer: A contract is a document that specifies conditions under which an exchange is to occur with the details of the parties involved. Contract law is body of law that governs contract enforcement. Because common law is very detailed contracts under it tend to be very detailed with all of the contingencies spelled out. While in civil law the contracts are much shorter with less detail. The United Nations of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods was created in order to eliminate and solve contact disputes in international trade.
