How is explicit knowledge different from tacit knowledge?

What will be an ideal response?

Explicit knowledge refers to knowledge that can be documented and codified. It is stored in information systems, on websites, in spreadsheets, or in handbooks and manuals. Tacit knowledge, on the other hand, encompasses the insights, judgment, creative processes, and wisdom that come from learning and long experience in a field, as well as from many trials and errors. Tacit knowledge may be difficult to document as it is so ingrained in people's mind that they may not be consciously aware that they possess it, or that other people do not share it.
