What is the effect of the Proportional Editing tool?

A. The objects or elements are transformed by different amounts, depending on their size.
B. Objects or elements that are smaller than a given size aren't affected by transforms.
C. The objects or elements surrounding the selected objects or elements are also transformed, but
with less effect.
D. Bigger objects move less while smaller ones move more when you transform them.

C – When Proportional Editing is enabled, objects and vertices surrounding the selection are
