What is a precise cursor? How can you change the cursor from Standard to Precise mode?

What will be an ideal response?

A precise cursor turns a tool’s pointer into a crosshair; the center of the crosshair is the exact spot where you will select, draw, or edit. It is much more accurate than the standard icon cursor. You can change your cursor options under Photoshop>Preferences > Cursors (Mac), or Edit > Preferences > Cursors.
