What will be an ideal response?

Resumes should be easy to read which means well-organized and visually formatted in a way that makes it easy for the reader to capture the main ideas quickly. Use active verbs to describe your experience, expertise, or results. Always proofread for typos and grammatical errors. Avoid embellishing about yourself because you may be asked to provide evidence of your accomplishments.
Cover letters are used to introduce yourself and to move your resume to the top of "the stack." They should introduce you and generate interest in learning more about you. Address you letter to the main point of contact at the company, refer to the position you are interested in, and explain why you would be a good fit for that position.
