How are culture and international ethics inter-related?

What will be an ideal response?

Answer: Different areas of the world have different cultures, which oftentimes changes the ethics involved in business and general public interactions. Culture and ethics are bound tightly together and must be studied when wanting to do business with a company in another country (or even just when visiting another country). A business's ethics are determined by its country's culture, so it is critical to be familiar with a country's culture so that you do offend potential business partners and ruin a possible deal. An example of this is how employees treat their superiors in the United States compared to Japan. In Japan, it is strict that you respect your elders and superiors, whereas, in the United States, that does not always apply.
