A constructive vote of no confidence means that
a. a vote of no confidence must have a supermajority of 60 percent
b. both houses of parliament must vote in favor of no confidence.
c. a majority of the Lander, as well as the Bundestag, must vote for no confidence.
d. the Bundestag must vote in a new chancellor at the same time that a vote of no confidence is taken.
e. the Bundestag must vote in a new chancellor at the same time that a vote of no confidence is taken, and the majority of the Lander must approve that selection.
