Thought leadership is all about establishing your areas of expertise. This can come from any different types of areas of social media, but the content that is created needs to be authentic, real, and connected back to the brand. Three ways in which to create thought leadership could be in the form of vlogging (similar to what GaryVee does), writing blogs (like Hootsuite professionals do) or hosting webinars online. Ultimately, thought leadership is built over time and the content provides value to others.
