Describe the steps you would take to copy a style from one document to another document.

1. Click the Manage Styles button in the Styles task pane.
2. Click Import/Export to open the Organizer dialog box.
3. Click Close File under the list box on the left.
4. Click Open File, navigate to the location of the document that contains the style you want to copy, then click Open. Note: You will need to select the Word Documents file type.
5. Click Close File under the list box on the right.
6. Click Open File, navigate to the location of the document that you want to copy the style to, then click Open. Note: You will need to select the Word Documents file type.
7. Click the name of the style you want to copy in the list of styles in the source document in the left side of the dialog box.
8. Click Copy, then click Close to exit the Organizer dialog box.
