What will be an ideal response?

At the opinion-writing stage of the case process in the Supreme Court, the justice writing the majority opinion is aware that several other draft opinions may be circulating among his/her peers. These other opinions may be concurring opinions, which agree with the majority opinion in some areas but disagree in others, and dissenting opinions, which not only disagree with the majority arguments and conclusions but also reject the underlying decision in the case.
