Box 1-7 lists tips for dealing with stress, including finding time for privacy, planning rest/relaxation periods, associating with gentle people, seeking out humor, exercising regularly, eating a nutritious diet, taking vitamins, finding hobbies or enjoyable social activities, rearranging schedule, keeping a journal, reading interesting books or articles to get new ideas, avoiding harmful habits, or seeking professional advice if needed.
