Answer: Is the message of the document clear? Does the document answer a reporter's traditional questions: who? what? where? when? why? how? Is the document fair? Does the document make any claims that seem unsubstantiated? Is there a logical order to the organization of the main points? Does one paragraph lead gracefully to the next? Is the format of the document correct? Does the format assist the meaning?
