2. Surgery to remove impacted, unerupted, or supernumerary teeth. Major Medical benefits are generally paid in the case of tissue-impacted, partly bone-impacted, or totally bone-impacted teeth.
3. Jawbone surgery
4. Tumors or cysts within the oral cavity
5. Nasal, auricular, orbital, or ocular prosthesis
6. Obturators or repair of the cleft palate
7. Complex, subperiosteal, or endosseous implants
8. Lab charges such as urinalysis, hemoglobin, hematocrit, and complete blood count
9. Repair of fractures of the mandible, maxilla, or facial bones
