For example: One way to determine the manager's choice is to find out what he or she is basing their decision on: price, quality, schedule, relationship, etc. Then you could find out how those measurements of the supplier qualities are made—is the data about the suppliers accurate information. You could evaluate the data informing the decision along the information quality dimensions: accuracy, integrity, consistency, completeness, validity, timeliness, and accessibility.
