Today’s Date, Customer Name, Address, Phone Number, Purchase Date, Product Code, Style Code, Quantity, Total Purchase Amount, Year to Date, Reference. The form is simply illustrated below. Students may want to embellish it for upscale customers.
b. The screen would look similar to the form, but with buttons to control the screen.
c. The onscreen tab control dialog box would list customers that hold R. George’s credit cards and allow users to select from the list. The customer information would be displayed on a screen.
