Third cultures are new cultures that two or more individuals from different cultures can share, which is not merely the fusion of the separate cultures but a new coherent whole. Multiculturalism refers to a person who respects cultures and has tolerance for differences. Postethnicity refers to the idea that we are a part of many diverse groups and so we aren’t confined to only one group.
