Explain how Administrators use local user groups to simplify the management and authorization of network resources.

What will be an ideal response?

Groups are created to define sets of user accounts that require access to the same resources. For example, users who conduct sales activities can be placed in the Sales group, and newly hired salespeople can be added to the group as new user accounts, so that all salespeople have access to the same network resources. Likewise, if a person switched jobs from sales to advertising, her user account in the Sales group would need to be closed and then added to the Advertising group.
