Describe how online conflict is different from face-to-face conflict

What will be an ideal response?

It is easier for those using web-based discussions to be a bit bolder in their use of inflammatory or negative comments than it is in face-to-face interactions. Online group interactions are more likely to
display relational and task conflict over procedures than face-to-face group interactions. The conflict
is often over the use of the technology itself, because often group members become frustrated with it or
simply do not know how to use it effectively.
