What is the difference between an exact organizational scheme and an ambiguous organizational scheme?

What will be an ideal response?

An exact organizational scheme categorizes content items into mutually exclusive groups. Each item belongs to exactly one category and there is no doubt as to which category it is. In computer science terms, an exact organizational scheme performs a sort based on an attribute of the content item such as name, time, or location.

In contrast, ambiguous organizational schemes do not have clear-cut categorization rules. This is due in part to the inherent ambiguity of natural language. Categorization is an ongoing process: Initially a group decides on the scheme. As new content items arise, human catalogers place them into categories.

An aside: Creating an ambiguous organizational scheme is a huge undertaking, and such schemes are only useful if they are well conceived and the cataloging is carried out in a consistent manner.
