Develop a visualization step for a speech on changing a policy

What will be an ideal response?

The visualization step should dramatically and vividly illustrate the consequences of accepting or rejecting the proposal of the speech. In the case of changing a policy, a negative visualization might be very effective, especially if it recounts a true story or explain how devastating the current conditions will be if the policy is not changed. A negative illustration would enhance the element of fear and so it should be handled very carefully. A positive illustration will explain the benefits of the policy change.
