Exfoliation tools or ingredients for a scrub
Mud; mud powder mixed with water, mud gel, or crème; or peat (1/4 to 1/2 cup)
Small, non-metal bowl
3 cloth sheets (1 fitted and 2 flat)
Insulating sheet (rubber, plastic, Mylar, etc.)
Wool blanket
1 beach towel, approximately 35" x 65"
2 large towels, approximately 30" x 60"
If there is access to a shower, textured washcloth or bath scrubby the client can use to remove the mud or peat
If there is no access to a shower, a basin of warm water and 3-4 towels, approximately 18" x 30", for substance removal are needed. A towel cabi or crock pot filled with moist towels can also be used. More than 3-4 towels may be necessary for clients who have a large body size and for clients with a lot of body hair (since it may be more difficult to remove mud or peat from the hair).
