Explain bullying including the types, the resulting problems, and recommended actions for dealing with bullying

What will be an ideal response?

Bullying consists of abusive acts repeatedly committed by one person (or a group)
against another. Can include gossiping, treating others as inferior, verbal insults, sneering,
excessive blaming, and over supervision. Cyberbullying can be even crueler than face-to-face
bullying. Victims suffer mental and physical problems including high stress, financial problems,
and reduced self-esteem. Individuals and organizations need to clearly oppose bullying. If there
isn't danger, confront the bully. Take action when you or someone else is bullied.
