An opinion giver is someone who shares his/her feelings or beliefs about various topics/issues.
Elaborators explain ideas and offer example to clarify ideas.
Small Group coordinators use communication to show relationships among related ideas.
Orienters summarize what has been discussed and keep the group focused .
An evaluator-critic judges evidence and conclusions of the group.
An energizer works to motivate group members to greater productivity.
Procedural technicians perform logistical tasks like distributing papers, arranging seating, etc.
A recorder keeps a record of group activities and progress.
