Explain the difference between a working outline and a formal outline

What will be an ideal response?

A working outline is a list of aspects of your chosen topic. There are no letters or
numbers attached at this point. A working outline is more a record of the process than a
finished product. The formal outline, however, is a complete sentence outline that reflects the
full content of the speech and its organizational pattern. Here the speaker should employ the
principles of outlining and be sure that letters and numbers are attached as appropriate.
