If you walk into an interview and speak negatively about your current job, you cast yourself in the role of a complainer and potential troublemaker, putting the fault on your current company/employer instead of accepting some responsibility yourself. You want to project a professional image, as someone with the requisite skills to help the hiring company fill a need. A part of those skills include getting along with others and being able to work effectively together. Complaining about another job casts a negative light on your personality. Instead, you should focus on positive things, like advancing your career and wanting more responsibility or a greater challenge.
