For a layoff or plant closing that is covered by the Worker Adjustment and Retraining
Notification Act, the required notice must be given:
A) To the National Labor Relations Board.
B) To the union where the employees are represented by a union, and to the employees
individually where there is no union.
C) By filing with the secretary of state's office or other appropriate state office.
D) By publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality where the plant is
located.
E) Individually to the affected employees in all circumstances.
