How does self-serving bias work when good things and bad things occur?
What will be an ideal response?
According to self-serving bias, when good things happen we give ourselves more credit (often using internal attributions for success). However, when bad things happen, we accept too little responsibility for things that go wrong (and make external attributions as excuses).
