How do you create a guest OS profile and why would you want to use them?

What will be an ideal response?

The Guest OS tab settings provide an opportunity to preconfigure the general settings you need for installing a Windows server operating system. By creating guest OS profiles, you ensure that operating systems are deployed consistently.
Creating a guest OS profile is similar to creating a hardware profile. To create a guest OS profile, click New guest OS profile in the Actions pane of the Library view.
