Usability of the system has been enhanced by incorporating the user's name on each of the forms and having the forms display as pop up, dialog style forms rather than full screen forms. The messages that display to the user when they clock-in and out provide confirmation that the procedure worked. I've also enhanced usability by having form windows close for employees and managers when viewing the time sheet reports and then opening again when the reports are closed. This makes it easier to view the data in the reports without having to minimize the time record or admin form.
