Symptoms of subacute combined degeneration include

a. Bilateral, symmetric, distal parathesias and ataxia
b. Bilateral loss of pain and temperature sensibilities
c. Severe pain and rash localized to a dermatome
d. Unilateral motor and proprioception losses on one side and pain and temperature losses on the other side
