Patient was seen at urgent care with complaints of numerous spasms in her feet. he spasms occur at all times of the day, and often while walking. After examining her feet, the physician could find no physiologic reason for the spasms. He prescribes a muscle relaxant in hope that it might help. He also referred her to her PCP for further testing and treatment as needed
