How does the PPACA cover those individuals without health insurance and the poor?

The PPACA tries to provide health insurance to those without coverage or with low incomes through the employer mandate, the extension of Medicaid to people with incomes less than 133 percent of the poverty level, and by subsidizing the purchase of health insurance for the those low-income individuals who have to buy their own insurance.
