Explain group culture and describe how it is created

Group culture is the pattern of values, beliefs, norms, and behaviors that are shared by group members and shape a group's individual personality. Group culture is created by many factors but may include: interaction; roles; the purpose of the group; the makeup of the people in the group; and the norms and rules that the group abides by.
