If only one workstation experiences this problem, reinstall the printer driver on that workstation. If all workstations are experiencing the problem, first turn off the printer, wait 30 seconds, and turn on the printer. If this doesn't work, reinstall the printer and printer driver at the computer or print server offering the printer share (such as by using the Print Management tool). Finally, check the print monitor and data type setup.
